Series 79 of the University of Florida Archives Public Records Collection contains selected records of the General Extension Division. Included in the series are biennial reports of the Dean of Extension to the University President, annual department reports, budgets, special reports, histories, and publication records. Also included in Series 79 are limited records related to GED's successors, the Florida Institute for Continuing University Studies (1962-1965) and the Division of Continuing Education (est. 1965).
